Description
Our specialized hot-dip galvanized steel pipes are currently a qualified supplier for gas companies such as China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Sinopec, China Gas Holdings, ENN Energy Holdings, China Resources Gas Holdings, Kunlun Gas Holdings, and CNPC Zhongtai Gas Holdings.
Product performance fully complies with and exceeds current national standards. The raw materials are high-quality carbon structural steel coils, produced through longitudinal shearing. The average zinc coating weight of the galvanized pipe is ≥500 grams per square meter. Before leaving the factory, the products undergo 100% water pressure testing for tightness, 100% mechanical and chemical testing, 100% process performance testing, and 100% UT non-destructive testing.
Standardization of galvanizing process
Key galvanizing process data is collected in real-time and displayed on a large screen in the control room using data acquisition instruments such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, pH probes, and flow meters. Different products have corresponding production parameter menus, and alarms are triggered when parameters exceed standard ranges. Process data, equipment operating status, and energy consumption of finished products from all production lines can be displayed on the dashboard, enabling visualized management of production operations.

Finished product storage and delivery
Storage method: Store indoors. When stacking, use wooden blocks to separate the bottom from the ground, and place soft padding between the wooden blocks and the plastic coating to avoid scratching the surface of the galvanized pipe. Finished galvanized pipes should be stacked in a cross shape, neatly arranged, with all product labels facing one end. Different specifications of galvanized pipes must not be mixed in stacks.
Before shipment, gas pipes are inspected and recorded by dedicated personnel according to various technical requirements (appearance, zinc layer thickness, packaging, etc.).
